Situation: Located in the very heart of Santiago de Compostela, hardly 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral, the front façade of the main building faces towards the picturesque old market of the city, whereas the back façade offers magnificent views of the Convent of Belvís, founded in the XIV century, and of the park with the same name.

Services: This charming hotel comprises a total of 42 rooms spread between 2 buildings connected by a romantic private garden. Both in the main building, a 5-storey carefully refurbished eighteenth-century building, once a bank house and formerly a residence of the Jesuits and also in the modern one, a 3-floor annexe block, modernity and tradition have been masterly blended keeping all the charm of years-gone-by. A 24-hour reception with safe and public Internet terminal (both free of charge), free WLAN, air conditioning, heating, room and laundry services, lifts, buffet breakfast room in the garden, café, restaurant, meeting rooms and parking for a fee (on request at arrival, limited places) round off the offerings. At the reception desk a large amount information about rent-a-car services, excursions, activities, museums and exhibitions is provided.

Board: Guests may enjoy the breakfast buffet in the charming 'Cenador' breakfast room located in the romantic private garden which joins the 2 buildings of the hotel. Continental breakfast is served in the café. À la carte dining is offered for lunch and dinner, from portions to signature cuisine and a delicious mixture of modern and traditional Galician cuisine.

Sports: The hotel's pleasant sun terrace invites guests to have a rest in the open air in the warm summer evenings.

Comments: Near the hotel there are 2 public car parks, both which charge a fee for usage. The hotel has some parking places in one of them which guests may use on request, also for a fee. During the summer months guests lodged at this hotel can enjoy the amenities of the hotel Pazo de Lestrove (swimming-pool, forests, gardens, restaurant), just 15 minutes by highway from Santiago.

How to arrive: Taking any entrance to get into the city, guests will find signs guiding them to the city centre, where the hotel is located, just in front of the old market ('Praza de Abastos'), between the Galizian Square (Praza de Galicia) and the 'Puerta del Camino'.
