- 1º) By introducing in the form the destination and check-in and check-out dates, the system will offer you all we have available as well as and the cheapest price of the establishments.
- 2º) Once you have selected the price you want and clicked on Reserve, the system drives you to the screen of Information of the Reservation..
- 3º) On the screen of Information of the Reservation you must indicate your personal details as well as your way of payment
- Reservations made with less than 21 days in advance to the Check-in date,the payment must be realized by means of credit card of the 100 % of the amount.
- Reservations made between 21 and 31 days in advance to the Check-in date,the payment may be realized by means of credit card or bank order of 100 % of the amount.
- Reservations with more than 31 days in advance to the Check-in date, the payment may be realized by means of credit card or bank order of 10 % of the amount (or the 100 % if you prefer).
- Your card details are encrypted and only accessible by the bank, without being registered in any system.
- 4º) Once the payment has been realized you can print the voucher of your reservation. This document must be delivered at your arrival at the hotel. You will also receive this voucher in your e-mail.
- Reservations to be paid at the hotel - In order to confirm those reservations to be paid at the hotel, it is essential to introduce a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. The hotel may charge and refund 1 euro to verify the validity of the credit card. The payment of the reservation will not be realized on this card as it is paid at the hotel.

Online and Offline Availability
The online availability we have may not be the same as the offline availability. Many of the establishments have restrictions in the availability (minimal stay requirements, triple rooms are not allowed, compulsory check-in day, etc...) which are impossible to reflect in our web.

The voucher is the document of the reservation that we send to your e-mail. This voucher must be printed and delivered at the hotel.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation or modification of a reservation may bear expenses.As a general rule in 90 % of the establishments:
- If you cancel your reservation with more than 15 days before the date of check-in, all the money paid less 25 euros on administration costs will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 15 days before the check-in, your reservation may have expenses whose amount will depend on the politics of cancellation of every particular hotel. These expenses may be from 1 night up to 100 % of the total reservation, depending on the hotel, dates, etc...
